Is the system actually sending real emails right now?
Yes. Every campaign sends real, personalized outreach in your name, with CAN-SPAM compliant footers, unsubscribe links and a workspace-level suppression list.
How does billing work?
Pick a plan and pay through our PCI-DSS secured checkout. Your wallet receives the plan's monthly credit allowance on each renewal, and the billing portal handles payment method, invoices and cancellation.
What happens to my credits if I cancel a campaign?
The unused portion returns to your wallet automatically, logged in the credit ledger.
Do drafts cost credits?
No. Product analysis, buyer segments, editing drafts and duplicating campaigns are free; credits are reserved only when we find buyers for a campaign.
Can I export campaign buyers?
Yes — CSV export of verified campaign buyers is included on Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans. Free Trial and Starter run campaigns inside the dashboard.
Where do the buyers come from?
Our own discovery engine: US company search across every state, website analysis for decision-maker names and titles, and a deliverability check on every email before send. No leaked databases, and no buyer enters a campaign without provenance.
